If you are altready in Germany please inform where you live now, and provide a bank statement where i can see the current rental payments and your income.
Please respekt my time and do not send a request just for fun, if you are not going to provide all essencial information for the booking.
I need to be sure that the rent will be payed. Otherwise will be no booking.

There IS a large hall and extra kitchen .
All Windows and the Balkony are facing the large Community Garden area
